POLICIES
Please read the following Kate Barone Salon policies. In order to hold and secure your appt you are required to complete and sign this form within 24 hours of initial booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel your appointment at LEAST 72 HOURS prior to your scheduled appointment. If you have a Monday appointment all changes/cancellations need to be done by noon on the previous Friday. This policy will be strictly enforced. Please remember this is our livelihood and be respectful of our time. We appreciate it more than you know.
We understand emergencies happen, these will be considered on a case by case basis.
Although you can cancel your appts in the client portal, YOU MUST TEXT 404-445-7797 TO CANCEL/CHANGE APPTS as well. If we don’t have a record of text communication your appointment is not considered cancelled.
REQUIRED DEPOSITS
We require a credit card on file for ALL clients to hold appointment times. Depending on how you are booked we may need to take your card information over the phone. All card information is stored safely and PCI compliant.
Deposits will range based on services booked. All deposits will be run at the time of booking using the card that is required to be stored on your client profile. All deposits will be fully refundable if cancelled/rescheduled before the 72 hour window.
Deposits will range from $25 - $250+ based on services and supplies. All deposits will be applied to total when services are rendered.
CHILD / ANIMAL POLICY
We love your children and animals but due to safety concerns, we kindly ask that you not bring your children or animals to accompany you to your appts. Children are welcome for their own appointments. This policy ensures that you and the rest of the guests have a relaxing experience with everyone’s safety in mind.
KB Salon reserves the right to terminate the salon/client relationship at any point.
